Comprehensive Performance Modules

Which recruit is the quickest to react?
Can the seasoned veteran outscore the young rookie’s Reaction Time?
Are those two-a-days helping or hurting the QB’s mental quickness?
Reaction Time indicates how fast the thinker can execute the mental operations needed by the task at hand. In sports and military action, the first to react is often the winner of the encounter.Performance Tracking:
Evaluate a subject’s Speed of Information Processing with the HeadRehab Reaction Time Performance Module. The software immerses the subject in a virtual environment and challenges him to react quickly to events within the environment. By removing all distractions from the ‘real-world’, the data generated by the subject in the ‘virtual world’ are highly accurate and objective. The data can then be instantaneously processed and scored by the HeadRehab Reporting Module.
Test Outline:
Following successful completion of the tests, the software generates a relative Reaction Time Performance score. The Performance score can be compared to the results of other team members, military personnel or test subjects. Utilize the Reaction Time Performance Test to first take a baseline data set for the subject and then take periodic Performance scores after each game, following any big hits or after tough training exercises and evaluate the subject’s Performance over time.
Results include Reaction Time deficit identification and measurement.
- Evaluate Reaction Time Performance during tasks with varying degrees of distraction and complexity.
- Detect abnormalities in Reaction Time performance that often pass undetected in standard cognitive and physical tests.
- See a complete report of the athlete’s Reaction Time Performance with the HeadRehab Reporting module.
- The Reaction Time Performance results can be combined with other HeadRehab Performance test results to build a Comprehensive Report of the subject’s Neurocognitive Performance.
HeadRehab’s user-friendly software menus make the Performance software easy to use. The tests can be administered by anyone with a basic knowledge of computers. Onscreen instructions and User Manuals are included with the software for quick reference. HeadRehab also offers training on using the software.
